Lauren and Evan met in July of 2018 while Evan attended school in Wheeling and Lauren was working in Oak Brook. After their first date having sushi and bonding over how much they had in common, the two knew this was something special. Once Evan graduated and moved back to Bloomington, the couple made sure not to miss a weekend seeing each other. In June of 2019, Lauren (and pup Mooney) made the move to Bloomington. In July, Evan proposed on their vacation in Jamaica at a romantic sunset dinner overlooking the ocean. They're so excited to start the next phase of their lives together and can't wait to celebrate with you in May!
